High Dose, High Absorption Liposomal Vitamin C and R-Lipoic Acid

C-RLA™ offers doctors and their patients a safe, efficacious delivery system of High Dose Vitamin C and R-Lipoic Acid in one formulation. Each serving contains 1500mg of Vitamin C and 70mg of R-Lipoic Acid in a natural (GMO-free) liposomal preparation. As most oral Vitamin C doses above 250mg are very poorly absorbed, the only efficacious high dose oral delivery system is via liposomes from natural phosphatidylcholine. Many doctors supplement in-office Vitamin C drips with C-RLA™ so the patients continue to receive the benefit of high-dose Vitamin C without stomach distress. The sunflower-derived phospholipids (a non-soy product for those with soy sensitivities) are GMO-free and 100% vegan.

Lipoic Acid – a vital antioxidant

Lipoic acid helps protect against oxidative stress generated by high glucose levels. Alpha-lipoic acid consists of two different forms (isomers) that have vastly different properties. The “R” form is the biologically active component (native to the body) that is responsible for lipoic acid’s phenomenal antioxidant effect. The “S” form is produced from chemical manufacturing and is much less effective. Typical alpha-lipoic acid supplements consist of the “R” and “S” forms in a 50/50 ratio. Pure R-lipoic acid may be 10 times more effective than other forms of lipoic acid and has been called the “mitochondrial antioxidant” because it is a key component of mitochondrial dehydrogenase complexes. The pure R-Lipoic Acid in C-RLA™ supports a healthy inflammatory response and is a potent free-radical scavenger.*

What is the purpose of the allulose? Allulose has two functions in this product, naturally reduces water activity to prevent microbial growth and as a natural low calorie sweetener to masks the awful taste of lipoic acid.

What is the source of allulose? A rare sugar found in small quantities in jackfruit, figs and raisins.

We use USPS or FEDEX to ship our orders depending on the weight, size and destination. If you provide a P.O. Box delivery address, we will use USPS to ship your order. A telephone number must be provided by you at checkout to provide to the shipping carrier.

Backordered

Pharmedico Store does not ship to international locations at this time, except for Canada (subject to add'l shipping cost).  Please contact us before placing your order.

Shipment Timing
Orders placed by 2:00pm EST usually ship the same day, Monday through Friday. Shipments do not go out Saturday or Sunday, and all orders received over the weekend (after 2:00pm EST Friday – Sunday) will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders will not be processed and shipments will not be sent on company holidays. We maintain most product items available in our store inventory.

Occasionally, an item will be out of stock when an order is placed. In this case, the order will not ship until the back-ordered item are received in our store or we might drop-ship your product(s) directly from the manufacture if this is more than an extra day or two from the time you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from us detailing when the product(s) will be shipped and any other special situation regarding your order.
