SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text message communications sent by Pharmedico Compounding Pharmacy & Wellness ("Pharmedico," "we," "us," or "our").

By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Pharmedico, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

1. SMS Program Description

Depending on the program for which you enroll, Pharmedico may send SMS/text messages relating to:

Order updates
Pickup or delivery notifications
Account notifications
Customer service communications
Pharmacy-related service notifications
Refill-related communications where appropriate
Wellness information
Product information
Promotional offers or marketing messages when you have consented to receive them

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing products, filling a prescription, or receiving pharmacy services from Pharmedico.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with Pharmedico and the messaging program for which you enrolled.

You may receive additional transactional or service-related messages when necessary to respond to a request, provide an order update, or complete a service you requested.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier may charge you according to the terms of your mobile service plan.

Pharmedico is not responsible for message, data, or other charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

4. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

STOP

to any applicable Pharmedico SMS message.

After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed.

We will then stop sending messages covered by that SMS subscription unless:

You later provide new consent;
You are enrolled separately in another Pharmedico messaging program; or
A communication is otherwise permitted or required by law.

6. Privacy

Your mobile telephone number and information associated with your SMS enrollment will be handled in accordance with Pharmedico's Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose mobile information to service providers and telecommunications providers that assist us in:

Delivering SMS messages
Operating our messaging platform
Providing customer support
Maintaining communications infrastructure
Preventing fraud or misuse
Complying with applicable law

These service providers may use information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

7. Protected Health Information

SMS messaging may not always provide the same level of security as dedicated healthcare communication systems.

Please avoid sending detailed medical histories, diagnoses, prescription records, Social Security numbers, payment card information, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary SMS unless Pharmedico specifically instructs you to use that communication method.

Information that constitutes Protected Health Information ("PHI") remains subject to applicable healthcare privacy laws and Pharmedico's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

8. Carrier Availability and Message Delivery

SMS service may not be available through all wireless carriers or devices.

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Pharmedico and its service providers are not responsible for delayed, incomplete, or undelivered messages caused by:

Carrier interruptions
Network outages
Device settings
Incorrect telephone numbers
Technical failures outside our reasonable control

9. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may modify these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our messaging programs, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.

When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

Your continued participation in an SMS program after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
