5-HTP Directions and/or Dosage

Adults take 1 capsule one to three times daily before meals, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Do not take this product if you have or are taking medication for epilepsy, scleroderma, Parkinson’s disease or if you are taking anti-depressants. Thank you…fair pricing and shipped timely. This is a GREAT form of magnesium. I tried others and I had leg cramps. I am consistent with my eating…and water intake…narrowed it down to the magnesium. This makes a difference
