Blackcurrant Seed Oil is a source of Gamma Linolenic acid (GLA), the most health-supporting essential omega-6 fatty acid. GLA has been shown to have lipid-modifying properties, and down-regulates inflammatory mediators.* Each capsule supplies 40 mg of GLA.
One (1) softgel capsule each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
