Dr. Fortunata Calorigero - "Dr. Fortuna" is a practitioner of Integrative Health and Aesthetic Well-Being Coach, specialized in Bio-Cosmeceutical Compounding. Her approach integrates and delivers a model of care centered on a selection of science-backed Western and Eastern modalities for every treatment, therapy, and regimen.

Current practices follow a general "standard of care", assuming that each patient is the same as the next. But she delivers and believe in a model of care based on the fact that each individual is biochemically unique. There’s an authentic need for an individualized integrated well-being approach, because the truth is that one size does not fit all.

Her focus is placed on the underlying root cause(s) leading to health and aesthetic imbalances or conditions, to develop a unique custom protocol for the specific profile and needs of the customer in care. The treatments predicate on the interoperability of the beneficial properties from plants and other natural sources, triggering those mechanisms apt to restore health and beauty from within and avoid future relapses.

Dr. Fortuna did her studies in Europe and has collectively 14 years of education in the healthcare industry, including Anti-Ageing, Medicinal Herbs, Complementary Healthcare, and a Doctorate in Botanical Medicine in 2020 from NUMSS (National University of Medical Sciences) and a license in skincare as beauty therapist to perform various non-invasive face and body treatments using her knowledge of skin biology, skin physiology, and biocosmetic chemistry. With a passion in biological sciences, she is currently learning more about biotechnology and its insights on applied genetics related to recombinant DNA.

Dr. Fortuna has been traveling since 2011 all over the United States, Puerto Rico, South America, Europe, Russia and Hong Kong, presenting, educating, and training students and licensed professionals in aesthetic well-being and bio-cosmeceutical compounding.

In addition to her integrative healthcare profile, she is also an entrepreneur and a consultant, with a background in management, communication and marketing and other minor certifications such as International Marketing & Selling Techniques, Web Designer, Memo Technique & Speed Reading. She is also fluent in Spanish, French and Italian.
